“Carine is an amazing yoga teacher. I had tried 4 times and failed every time at making yoga part of my rituals before meeting Carine. She always adapts to my needs, either mental or physical (due to injury, or hormonal cycle for example). She guides kindly, but also leaves space for adequate moments of silence. She infuses her practice with interesting knowledge and facts about yoga history and theories, without turning it into a lecture.
