I design tailored sessions to meet your physical and emotional needs through postures, movement, somatic explorations, breath exercises and relaxation/meditation.

Private sessions can be incredibly useful because they are tailored specifically to your needs and goals. You get personalised attention, which can help you progress, address specific concerns and develop a practice that suits your body and lifestyle. It’s a great way to deepen your practice, learn at your own pace and focus on what matters most to you.

My approach is informed by biomechanics applied to yoga and current research.
