I design tailored sessions to meet your physical and emotional needs through postures, movement, somatic explorations, breath exercises and relaxation/meditation.
Private sessions can be incredibly useful because they are tailored specifically to your needs and goals. You get personalised attention, which can help you progress, address specific concerns and develop a practice that suits your body and lifestyle. It’s a great way to deepen your practice, learn at your own pace and focus on what matters most to you.
My approach is informed by biomechanics applied to yoga and current research.

Initial consultation (30min) to discuss your needs and objectives.
60min yoga session in the comfort of your home (possibility to hire a space if more convenient).
You’ll be offered a tailored yoga practice to carry on at home in between sessions. Based on your needs and feedback, I’ll adjust your personalised home-practice regularly.
