Golden Yoga Group Classes

What to expect at a Golden Yoga class

As we journey through midlife and beyond, the principles of yoga, including movement, mindfulness, and breath awareness, become invaluable tools for boosting our overall health and vitality.

Our 60-minute group sessions are thoughtfully designed to enhance balance, coordination, strength, mobility and help regulate the nervous system. Each class includes a blend physical poses, functional movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation.

Golden Yoga approach involves a combination of seated and standing exercises, making it ideal for those who prefer not to transition to and from the floor.

No prior yoga experience is necessary; the classes cater to a broad spectrum of abilities, allowing each participant to engage at a comfortable pace. Various modifications are provided throughout the session, ensuring everyone can opt to intensify or ease their practice as needed.

The class environment is inviting and supportive, creating the perfect setting for building connections and friendships while we engage in our collective yoga journey.

Private sessions are also available if you prefer to take it at your own pace or if you’d like to focus specific aspects of your health.
