Even yoga teachers need a holiday once in a while, here are the dates when I’ll be away:
Thursday 16th July to Friday 25th (inclusive)
Monday 18th August & Tuesday 19th August
That doesn’t mean that you need to interrupt your yoga practice - subscribe to Golden Yoga TV so you can continue nurturing a healthy body and mind, even while on holiday.
