Yoga for your fingers and hands.
At the request of one of the Golden Yoga class participant, I recorded this short video presenting a series of exercises for your hands and fingers.
It can help improve joint flexibility and range of motion in people who have arthritis. (If you suffer from arthritis in your hands avoid practicing when you have a flare up).
Yoga is about connecting the mind with the body so try practising while bringing awareness to your whole hand and even your arm, watch your breath and relax the parts of your body that don’t need to be involved (jaw, neck, face).
Practice makes better so repeat daily!
